Because each item is printed and made to order specially for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

However, your happiness matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Just email us at hello@thepiggybops.com within 14 days of receiving your order, along with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll take care of the rest.

Digital products — planners and other downloadable files — are excluded from returns and refunds. The download link is delivered instantly after checkout, so these purchases are final. If your link does not work or the file will not open, email hello@thepiggybops.com and we will send you a new one.
